MEMORY CARE
To accommodate special needs of those with varying degrees of memory impairment, Cypress offers specifically designed planned activity programs. Programs are intended to increase attention span, promote the ability to follow simple directions, prevent alienation, improve creativity, and provide sensory stimulation and physical exercise. Cueing and escorting to events is provided. Special monitoring services are in place to protect those inclined to wander. This includes unobtrusive protection while minimizing any sense to confinement. Assistance with hygiene, dressing and eating is provided as needed. Family members are welcome to participate in planning of care. Supportive services for family members are available upon request.
