Employment Application Instructions
Step 1:
- Download the Employment Application and save it to your Computer.
- Click "Employment Application".
- Once the Application opens, Click "File", Click "Save As".
- It is recommended to save the application to your Desktop, and to change the name to "First Name Last Name Application". i.e. JaneDoeApplication.pdf
Step 2:
- Close the downloaded employment application and open the saved application on your computer.
Step 3:
- Fill out the application in its entirety. Save your information on a constant basis.
Step 4:
- Upload your completed application to your desired position.
- Click Browse next to the "Attach Employment Form" box
- Click the drop down menu in the "Look In" box. Change this to "Desktop"
- Click on your Saved Application Icon.
- Click "Open"
Step 5:
- In order to upload your resume, it is also recommended to save it to your "Desktop".
- Repeat Step Four:
- Click Browse next to the "Attach Resume" box
- Click the drop down menu in the "Look In" box. Change this to "Desktop"
- Click on your Saved Application Icon.
- Click "Open"
Step 6:
- Once all of your documents are uploaded, you may now click the "Submit" button.
