Employment Application Instructions

Step 1:

  • Download the Employment Application and save it to your Computer.
  • Click "Employment Application".
  • Once the Application opens, Click "File", Click "Save As".
  • It is recommended to save the application to your Desktop, and to change the name to "First Name Last Name Application". i.e. JaneDoeApplication.pdf

Step 2:

  • Close the downloaded employment application and open the saved application on your computer.

Step 3:

  • Fill out the application in its entirety. Save your information on a constant basis.

Step 4:

  • Upload your completed application to your desired position.
  • Click Browse next to the "Attach Employment Form" box
  • Click the drop down menu in the "Look In" box. Change this to "Desktop"
  • Click on your Saved Application Icon.
  • Click "Open"

Step 5:

  • In order to upload your resume, it is also recommended to save it to your "Desktop".
  • Repeat Step Four:
  • Click Browse next to the "Attach Resume" box
  • Click the drop down menu in the "Look In" box. Change this to "Desktop"
  • Click on your Saved Application Icon.
  • Click "Open"

Step 6:

  • Once all of your documents are uploaded, you may now click the "Submit" button.
