The primary goal of The Chateau dining services is to provide an array of high quality nutritious meals made with the finest and freshest ingredients in a variety of combinations that are visually appealing, appetizing, and flavorful for our residents and guests in the three dining rooms.
With an exciting menu that is ever changing with daily and weekly specials, you will always be looking forward to your next meal at The Chateau. We also pay close attention to food items that garner a great deal of positive feedback, and try to make them available as often as possible.
Our staff is sensitive to individual dietary needs and adheres to dietary requirements based on diagnoses and/or post surgical food restrictions. If you require a special diet during your stay at The Chateau, please be sure to let one of our staff members know upon arrival.
Finally, we see food as an important part of the rehabilitation process. If you are content with our food and your stomach is happy, we believe that you will be more focused on your rehabilitation and get back on your feet quicker.
