Partners in Caring

Partners in Caring is an employee-driven program dedicated to establishing a unique workplace that welcomes employees, our circle of family, friends and community, to an exceptional, caring environment. Partners in Caring stresses the significance of passion, purpose and a meaningful work environment and is open to any partner looking for professional and personal growth.

The Learning Institute, part of our Partners in Caring program, covers topics that can be used not only at work but also in the home. It is our belief that when our home life is in accord, we come to work with less stress and are able to concentrate on our jobs more easily. At the same time, when we have the tools we need to perform our jobs, we are less apt to carry home the stresses of the workday, thereby creating an environment in which we want to be.

Partners in Caring also formed a fund designed to help fellow employees in need. Funded solely by the employees of Moorings Park, money from the fund is available to employees who are experiencing a life crisis be it financial, medical or otherwise.

We offer a monthly fitness membership to the Center for Healthy Living, Group Fitness classes, healthy cooking demonstrations, behavior modification courses, annual Health Risk Assessments and much more. Moorings Park is committed to providing physical activity and wellness opportunities for our employees. We have been recognized as a 2016 Gold Level Recipient of the American Heart Association’s Fit-Friendly Worksite program and a Blue Zones Project approved worksite.
