Physical Fitness Continues in the Petti Fitness Center

The Michael A. Petti Center, which was dedicated to a good friend, mentor and Moorings Park advocate for healthy living in 2009, is one of two locations on campus where residents can take advantage of our many wellness opportunities. A diverse cardio/strength area featuring Keiser equipment, large group fitness studio and a state-of-the-art pool and spa afford residents the ability to stay fit and healthy in a variety of ways. Personal Trainers are available to customize fitness programs for optimal health benefits. Dakim Brain Fitness software is also available in the Petti Fitness Center for those who wish to take part in brain-training sessions 3-4 times a week. Be sure to inquire about our regularly scheduled water aerobics classes.
