Job Description: The LPN staff nurse is responsible for following established policies and procedures and/or specific instructions from the Assistant Director of Clinical Supervisor or Director of Clinical Services. The LPN staff nurse is responsible for providing quality and safe delivery of home health skilled nursing services in collaboration with the RN Case Manager.
