Assisted living at Orchid Terrace™ provides 24-hour assistance with the activities of daily living in 73 private apartments and suites.
Orchid Terrace is an important part of our Life Care concept; however it is also available to individuals on a month-to-month basis.

A Healthcare Expense that you Can Count On
Orchid Terrace rates won’t change based on your future level of assistance. That means that you can budget for the future with us with no surprises arising later on. Your standard fee covers all services except for Med Management.
Extended Congregate Care (ECC) Licensure

In addition to our standard state license, we have an Extended Congregate Care (ECC) License. This enables us to provide services to our residents beyond those allowed under an Assisted Living license, including nursing and supportive services to residents who otherwise may need to transfer to The Chateau, instead, allowing the resident a choice of living options.
Family members can feel safe knowing that their loved one will receive:
- Frequent assessments;
- Professional licensed personnel;
- Around the clock assistance with the activities of daily living;
- A provision of special diets; and
- A service plan to monitor their health care needs.
Continuity of Care Model
You become a member of a unique wellness healthcare model that can handle your present and future care needs. Physicians Wellness Clinic
Gain access to on-site medical care. Clinic services consist of primary care physicians, a podiatrist, a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician, and an orthopedic surgeon. Having the clinic on campus is of tremendous benefit especially to residents who otherwise would find it a taxing effort to go off campus for non-emergent medical care.
House Calls
If your doctor agrees, you have the option of having an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) visit you in your Orchid Terrace apartment for any non- emergent medical care needs that arise, or you can see her in the Physicians Wellness Clinic.
Respite Care
