The PIC Learning Institute
Stresses the significance of passion, purpose and a meaningful work environment and is open to any partner looking for professional and personal growth. Dedicated to growing the potential in people.
The Learning Institute covers topics that can be used not only at work but also in the home. It is our belief that when our home life is in accord, we come to work with less stress and are able to concentrate on our jobs more easily. On the same level, when we have the tools we need to perform our jobs, we are less apt to carry home the stresses of the workday, thereby creating an environment in which we want to be.
The Standards of Behavior were developed by partners representing all departments in the organization to ensure that everyone has a voice. We are proud to be a part of an organization that values the people who work every day in service to older adults.
