SOCIAL SERVICES
Every resident has access to a social worker adept in assisting you with psychosocial issues. Social services staff can help make connections to resources and support services in the greater community, such as psychotherapy, supportive counseling, or help with expanding and strengthening social supports. The social worker will coordinate discharge services as needed.
