And this year the Chateau received high honors once again. Located on the campus of the Moorings Park retirement  community, the Chateau is a Medicare-certified skilled nursing center. It  provides outpatient and short-term therapy, long-term care and memory  care services.   The just published U.S News 2022-2023 Best Nursing Homes  reviewed more than 15,000 skilled-nursing facilities (SNFs). The nursing  homes are rated based on U.S. News’s in-depth analysis of publicly  available data. The U.S. News divides the ratings into three categories.  High-performing, average or below-average ratings for short-term  rehabilitation and for long-term care. High-performing ratings are just  16% of all SNFs. The Chateau is within the high-performing rated nursing  homes. This is the fourth time the Chateau received this high rating.   “The award demonstrated the amazing team of caregivers we have  at The Chateau,” said Vice President of Clinical Services Diana Bailey.  “Many of our team members have worked for us for over 10 years and have a true passion to deliver top quality compassionate care to those we  serve.”   For over 40 years Moorings Park Communities, a nationally  accredited, nonprofit, Medicare-certified community, and one of the  only A+ or A-rated S & P and Fitch rated Life Plan Community in the  country, has set the standard when it comes to Southwest Florida  retirement communities, offering luxury residences, world-class  amenities and outstanding healthcare services.
