Luxury Garden Residences, Active Lifestyle Generating Traffic at Moorings Park at Grey Oaks in Naples

Moorings Park at Grey Oaks recently announced it has secured 50 percent of the reservations required to begin Phase I construction that will include completion of the community’s first 32 garden home residences in four buildings. Plans call for the Moorings Park at Grey Oaks campus to offer a lushly landscaped ambiance that is perfectly suited to outdoor activities and social opportunities. As planned, the campus will feature three gardens 200 feet wide and 400 feet long designed by JRL Design Studios of Naples. The design includes a central pedestrian and golf cart corridor lined with royal palm trees that will link the three gardens and the community’s three neighborhoods.

The planned central focus of the Aqua Gardens’ design is a 30-by-50 foot European vanishing edge swimming pool flanked by reflective linear water features slated to be lined with flowering trees. A multitiered tropical water feature surrounded by palms and plantings with fragrances, including ginger, gardenias, confederate jasmine and Ylang Ylang trees, are the planned focal point of Jasmine Gardens. All of the plantings in the garden’s design are intended to provide nectar to attract butterflies.

Plans call for the Viridian Gardens to provide an open green space adjacent to the community’s Grande Place which includes the community’s clubhouse, the Center for Healthy Living, an Extended Congregate Care Licensed Assisted Living Center and Memory Care Center. As planned, the clubhouse will feature casual and fine dining venues, a lounge, library, fitness center, pool, spa and salon. An arbor in the center of the green space is designed to provide a gathering place. Plans call for the design’s open lawn areas to be finished with finely textured grasses intended to host a variety of activities, including bocce ball and lawn bowling.

The Moorings Park at Grey Oaks lifestyle includes a continuum of care designed to provide experiences customized to each resident right on campus. As planned, the community’s Center for Healthy Living will offer doctor’s office visits, outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Assisted living and Memory Care suites are slated to provide extensive wellness programming, recreation and private dining. Moorings Park at Grey Oaks residents will have the additional benefit of access to many of the amenities at Moorings Park’s Goodlette-Frank Road campus, including the Center for Healthy Living that includes additional fitness, theater, spa and salon services, dining at the Trio restaurant and an invitation to the Bower Chapel Concert Series and worship services.

Adjacent to the Estuary at Grey Oaks neighborhood,theMoorings Park at Grey Oaks campus will present Mediterranean inspired architecture that celebrates the outdoors with courtyards, lanais and balconies complete with outdoor kitchens and views of fountains and natural landscape.

The garden home residences offer two, two-bedroom plus den, two-and-a-half bath floor plans. Each floor plan includes a private elevator vestibule, an entry courtyard, a great room, adjoining kitchen and breakfast area, a wet bar, vaulted ceilings and a large master suite with walk-in closets and master bath. Both floor plans offer lanais and balconies complete with outdoor kitchens.

The 3,007-square-foot Indigo garden home floor plan is base-priced at $1,205,800. This floor plan includes a gallery hallway, a formal dining room, a gourmet island kitchen with island bar seating and a 528-square-foot covered lanai with conversation and dining areas and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen.

The 2,873-square-foot Verde floor plan is base-priced at $1,152,100. The plan includes a gallery hallway, dining and breakfast areas, a gourmet island kitchen with island bar seating and a covered lanai with conversation and dining areas and an outdoor kitchen.
