The lakeside beauty continues to be the hottest-selling Life Plan Community in Southwest Florida. Just last month, those who have longed to call the Keybay building their new home have begun moving in. “To see the excitement of newcomers who have long awaited their new home in Keybay is a real gift,” says Moorings Park Grande Lake Director of Sales, Gina Paris. “These folks are ecstatic to finally call this community their home – and with good reason. There is absolutely anything one would ever need to enjoy life to the fullest right in this very location.” The pace of sales at this Naples-based retirement community has been so remarkable, that those looking to secure their place in this community should act quickly. ## **Remarkable Floorplans Designed by London Bay Homes** Numerous floorplans inside Moorings Park Grande Lake are included to fit every lifestyle. Designed and decorated by Moorings Park Grande Lake’s partner, [London Bay Homes](https://www.londonbay.com/), these open floor plans showcase the best in luxury living. The 55-acre luxury community offers a variety of floorplans ranging from 2,776 to 7,863 square feet. Each residence is impeccably designed and features private elevators, beautifully designed kitchens, and incredible views of the 28-acre Grande Lake and the Naples Grande Golf Course. In addition, these residences come with the most spacious lanais you will find in the area, providing the perfect place to entertain family and friends while enjoying magnificent sunset views. Those who are interested in moving into Moorings Park Grande Lake have an [award-winning floor plan](https://www.mooringspark.org/news/from-furniture-to-finishes-grande-lakes-brook-model-is-a-winner) available to call home. Palm View building – with an anticipated opening date later this month – is decorated with Brook models. And, in recognition of the Brook’s outstanding blend of beauty, creativity and function, London Bay Homes’ [Romanza Interior Design](https://www.romanza.com/) received the Sand Dollar Award for the model, which was named the “Best Interior Design of the Year.” The Brook boasts 3 bedrooms plus a study and 3 ½ bathrooms, with an open floorplan and expansive screened wraparound lanais, perfect for entertaining family and friends. Other design touches include built-in wet bars and metal finishes inspired by its lake views. Private elevators and a gourmet kitchen with a center island are just few more of the many highlights of this beautifully planned residence.   Paris agrees that this floorplan offers something truly special to the community. “The space allows residents to continue to enjoy a lifestyle where they can entertain friends and family and enjoy the outdoors,” she said. “When we tour the Brook model, we often hear people say they were not expecting it to be so bright and open.  What surprises them is how the flow of the Brook feels like a single-family home.”  As mentioned, the pace of sales has been incredible; those looking to secure their place in this community should act quickly. Entrance fees at Moorings Park Grande Lake start at $1.73 million and are 70% refundable. ## **Meeting the Needs of a Lifestyle Unlike Any Other** “Our thoughtfully designed expansive floorplans at Moorings Park Grande Lake are truly spectacular and the lanais are some of the area’s largest,” stated Dan Lavender, CEO and President of Moorings Park.  Tom Mann, Vice President of Moorings Park and Senior Living Specialist added, “Moorings Park Grande Lake was designed to help boomers and seniors live longer, healthier, happier lives. And with amazing amenities, world-class restaurants, a state-of-the-art fitness center, exceptional healthcare and integrated wellness programs, a convenient near-downtown location, and of course, beautifully designed residences with one-of-a-kind lake and golf course views – it truly is one of a kind.” ## **Remarkable Amenities and Healthcare** Moorings Park Grande Lake has all the top-notch indoor and outdoor amenities Baby Boomers are seeking. Plus, they have the peace of mind that comes from knowing concierge physicians and personalized healthcare are included with residency, as well as Assisted Living and Memory Care services should the need ever arise. The Center for Healthy Living® with Outpatient Therapy services, as well as the Care 360 concierge physicians and personalized healthcare program, developed in partnership with NCH Healthcare System is also located within the Clubhouse.  The seven-story Clubhouse is easily known as the social hub of the community and is undoubtedly the envy of others from miles around with three amenity-rich floors, as well as the four floors of residential living on top.  The community features three decadent restaurants to choose from: Zest, the poolside café and bistro; Savor 26, an upscale, yet casual “go-to” with a playful menu; and BlueStone, the fine dining restaurant with an emphasis on prime meats, seafood, and overall cuisine. Mann commented, “The restaurants at the Clubhouse are as fine as any you’ll find on 5th Avenue South in downtown Naples. Residents can enjoy delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners in one of the three restaurants, with Grande Lake and the golf course as their backdrop. You can also relax with friends in the lounge. Work out in the fitness center. Deal the next hand in the card room. Play Augusta National in the golf simulator. Compose original works of art in the creative arts studio. Sunbathe poolside or read the latest bestseller in the shade of our cabanas. All while relishing the spectacular lake and golf course views.” ## **Schedule A Tour for More Details ** See for yourself!
