Moorings Park Grande Lake, located on the south side of Golden Gate Parkway, between Airport-Pulling and Livingston roads, will combine spectacular amenities and exceptional healthcare. The new community is being created in partnership with esteemed luxury custom homebuilder and developer, [London Bay Homes](https://www.londonbay.com/). Since its launch, there has been tremendous interest in Moorings Park Grande Lake. Consequently, the community’s Phase 1 sales goals are on target. The majority of the early purchasers are couples in their 70s, officials said. Many will be moving to Moorings Park Grande Lake from upscale communities throughout the area, while others are coming from homes abroad. Moorings Park Grande Lake consists of luxurious mid-rise residences, including spacious penthouses. Prices start at $1.4 million with 70 percent refundable entrance fees. Planned amenities of this pet-friendly community include a clubhouse, casual and formal dining areas, private dining room, card room, art studio, fitness center, salon and spa, a resort-style pool and spa with poolside cabanas, and The Center for Healthy Living. Nearby will be a yoga pavilion, walking paths, lakeside parklettes with boardwalks, gardens, fire pits, overlooks and several bird-watching posts. Should the need arise, Moorings Park Grande Lake provides world-class Assisted Living and Memory Care in existing centers of excellence.
