The site for Moorings Park Grande Lake has become increasingly busy as heavy equipment and experienced construction crews begin to excavate trenches for underground pipes in anticipation of the start of construction on the first residential buildings. That event will be the next exciting milestone for the Life Plan (CCRC) community which is attracting the next generations of residents.
