Moorings Park offers Type A and Type B Life Plan contracts, giving you flexibility based on your needs.
Type A contracts provide a single entry fee and a predictable monthly fee that covers everything, including future healthcare needs, so there are no surprises. If you transition to assisted living or skilled nursing, your monthly fee stays the same, aside from meals and special supplies. A Type A contract includes nursing care.
Type B contracts do not offer nursing care but still offer many of the same benefits This is particularly true if the Type B community has an ECC license which allows them to take care of most healthcare concerns in a much more residential setting.
