What costs are covered by Medicare or private insurance?

Medicare and private insurance typically cover short-term rehabilitation stays and physician services. Long-term assisted living with memory support are included in all Moorings Park contracts, while skilled nursing is included at the Moorings Park original campus. Note: All three of Moorings Park’s communities proudly hold an Extended Congregate Care (ECC) license which allows nurses and caregivers to provide a greater level of care to assisted living residents in a residential setting. This bridges the gap between assisted living and nursing care, helping the resident stay in a much more preferable residential setting.
