What types of residences are available at Moorings Park?

A wide range—from one‑bedroom Tower Residences to expansive Waterside Residences exceeding 5,000 sq. ft.; renovated homes become available throughout the year. While there is limited immediate availability, it is recommended you join the waiting list, as many floor plan styles have a 2+ year waiting list. Options vary by campus: 

  • Moorings Park (Original Campus): Towers, Garden, Courtyard, Waterside, and Mid-Rise residences. 
  • Moorings Park at Grey Oaks: Spacious mid-rise residences, most with direct-to-residence elevator access. 
  • Moorings Park Grande Lake: Waterfront mid-rise residences with open floor plans, direct-to-residence elevator access, and large screened lanais.
