Moorings Park at Grey Oaks announced the construction of Grande Place is now 90 percent completed. Grande Place constitutes Phase IV of construction at Moorings Park at Grey Oaks, the final phase of construction.
Grande Place is home to 13 beautifully designed and finished penthouse-style residences, all of which have been sold, as well as the clubhouse, The Center for Healthy Living and Oakstone Assisted Living and Memory Care.

The Vynes Restaurant and Bar, located on the club’s second floor, will feature a casual dining and lounge experience, including outdoor terrace dining and ambient fire pit.
The club’s resort-style pool will include a landscaped pool deck, spa, and three cabanas. Aqua Tone fitness classes will be held in the pool.
In addition to recreational activities such as billiards, bridge, mahjong, and card games, a variety of social and cultural programs will be available in and around the Clubhouse.
As planned, the programs will include seminars and presentations, group discussions, book reviews, computer classes, entertainment programs, social hours and themed events. Online event calendars will be available.
Moorings Park’s Care 360 concierge healthcare program and physical therapy services will be provided at the nearby 6,000-square foot Center for Healthy Living.
Off-season golf, year-round tennis, additional dining options and fitness facilities, and year-round activities are included through the Sports Membership at Grey Oaks Country Club.
