360 degrees of Simply the Best® healthcare services

Moorings Park Communities' Care 360 concierge healthcare program supports our commitment to providing Simply the Best® amenities and services with professional and compassionate care to each person we serve. To that end, we have partnered with Naples Comprehensive Health to implement a concierge medicine model that offers patients a higher level of personalized primary care. Through this partnership, patients receive a health management and assessment program under the guidance of experienced primary care physicians who emphasize preventative care and can take advantage of state-of-the-art fitness programs. Services are available to residents of Moorings Park Communities' three campuses in Naples, Florida, at no additional fees other than typical co-pays. Non-residents, as well as Platinum and Diamond members, can elect to receive the services provided through Care 360 on a supplemental basis (additional fees will apply). Third-party billing to Medicare will occur for services when appropriate.
