The twelfth and final building included in the first three phases of construction at Moorings Park at Grey Oaks will be topped-off in early June and just three of the thirteen choice, penthouse-style Residences at Grande Place recently added to the design of the community’s clubhouse that will be built during Phase IV remain available. All 96 of the community’s beautifully designed and spacious Phases I-III residences sold out within twelve months after sales commenced in September, 2013. Four Phase I buildings are scheduled for completion in fourth quarter, 2015. Phase IV construction plans and specifications are 75% completed and expected to be submitted to the City of Naples’ Building Department in June. Building shell construction for Phase IV is expected to begin on or around August 1 with completion anticipated in January, 2017.

With the construction plans for Phase IV nearing completion, and Phase IV building shell construction expected to start in approximately 60 days, the construction of Phases I-III continues to progress on schedule. Interior finishes are well underway in all four of the Phase I buildings. The shell of the resort-style pool included in the Phase I Aqua Gardens’ design has been completed and two rectangular water fountain features have been excavated. The pool contractor is expected to cast the walls of the fountains this week. The Aqua Gardens is one of three spectacular 80,000 square feet gardens designed by JRL Design Studios of Naples to be included on the Moorings Park at Grey Oaks campus. As planned, the resort-style pool will be flanked by reflective linear water features slated to be lined with flowering trees that will display white blooms at various times of the year. The pool cabana shell has been completed and roofers are installing tile. Interior framing has also been completed at the cabana. In addition, the community’s guardhouse is now 85% completed. Paver stones for the entrance drive have been installed and landscaping on the north side of the guardhouse and along the perimeter wall has begun.
The building shells for all four Phase II buildings have been completed and roof trusses have been installed. Interior framing and drywall installation continues to progress. The exterior roadways surrounding the Phase II buildings are under development.
In addition to the upcoming topping-off of the last Phase III building, waterproofing and window and door installation is continuing in each of the four Phase III buildings. Interior framing and the installation of electrical and HVAC systems in the four buildings is also underway.
As planned, Grande Place to be built on the Moorings Park at Grey Oaks campus during Phase IV will include a spacious and distinctive clubhouse, Center for Healthy Living, and an Assisted Living and Memory Care Center. Grande Place is expected to be situated adjacent to the Viridian Gardens, another of the three gardens designed by JRL Landscape Design Studios that will define and link the community’s three neighborhoods. Plans call for the Viridian Gardens to provide an open green space. The design's open multi-purpose lawn areas are slated to be finished with finely textured grasses intended to host a variety of activities, including bocce ball and lawn bowling. An arbor in the center of the green space is designed to provide a gathering place.
Introduced in response to the demand for opportunities to enjoy Moorings Park at Grey Oaks’ continuum of care and active lifestyle, the Residences at Grande Place’s two-bedroom plus den, two-and-a-half bath penthouse-style residences are expected to range from 1,858 to 2,696 square feet and are priced from $1.1 million. The penthouse-style residences will be situated on the top floors of the Moorings Park at Grey Oaks clubhouse at Grande Place and will provide both elegance and convenience. The superb dining, resort-style pool, and numerous life enriching amenities offered at the clubhouse will be just a private elevator ride away.
Ten of the thirteen Residences at Grande Place have been sold. Plans call for the thirteen unique Residences at Grande Place floor plans to offer open living environments with volume ceilings, recessed double-door entries, gallery hallways, spacious great rooms, kitchens with generous counter-height islands, comfortable dining areas, wet bars, master suites with walk-in closets, master baths with oversized showers and large double or separate his and her vanities, covered terraces, and multiple Juliette balconies.
Moorings Park at Grey Oaks’ amenity-rich lifestyle fosters an equally rich sense of community.
