Moorings Park Communities, the parent company for Moorings Park, Moorings Park at Grey Oaks and the newest community, Moorings Park Grande Lake, is thrilled to welcome Renee Drake Forte as the new Vice President of Human Resources. She will undertake overall responsibility for Human Resources for all three campuses.

With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources leadership in the hospitality and health care industry, Forte will be a remarkable head to the HR department in maintaining an excellent team of partners.
Skilled Management and HR Specialist
Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Management from University of South Florida, Drake Forte is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR and SHRM-SCP) and a member of the Society of Human Resources and International Coaching Federation.
Forte comes to Moorings Park from Lifespace Communities, a national continuing care retirement community provider, where she held the role of Human Resources Director for the Southwest region.
