Naples’ newest and fastest-selling Life Plan Community is now just weeks away from move-in for residents.
Currently, all of the finishing work in the first three buildings has been completed and punch work has commenced. The exterior painting is now 95 percent complete and installation of tropical landscaping is approximately 75 percent complete. Work on the Clubhouse foundation is ongoing.
Residents Looking Forward to Their Move
One couple anxiously awaiting their move to Moorings Park Grande Lake is Dr. John Little, and his wife Veora, who have lived in Naples for decades.
“I’ve had the benefit of being involved with Moorings Park for 15 years and during that time I’ve learned a lot about the aging process, health, wellness and housing,” said John Little, a Moorings Park board member. “My conclusion is, the ideal way to age is in a Life Plan Community like Moorings Park Grande Lake.”
“John and I have both been in medicine for our entire careers,” Veora explained. “And so coming in now when we’re healthy, was a major factor in our decision to move to Moorings Park Grande Lake, with its beautiful amenities and an incredible healthcare program.”
No Other Community Like It
Another couple happy about their anticipated move is Larry and Chuckie McPherson. The pair said that the partnership between Moorings Park and London Bay Development Group, as well as the community’s healthcare programs, were major factors in their decision to buy at Moorings Park Grande Lake.
“We’re extremely excited to be a part of this new community. It’s spectacular,” said Larry. “The floor plans, the reputation of Moorings Park and London Bay and the beautiful setting on Naples Grande Golf Course. We couldn’t be any more excited about that.”
“As a former nurse, I love the idea of a Life Plan Community that promotes health and wellness throughout your life,” said Chuckie. “That was a big attraction for me and why I felt this was the right choice for us.”
Public Invited to Informational Luncheon
As the excitement continues to build and sales continue to rise, Moorings Park Grande Lake will once again host an Informational Luncheon on Friday, March 6, at 11:30 a.m., at the community’s Sales Gallery located on the south side of Golden Gate Parkway, between Airport-Pulling and Livingston roads, and inside the entrance to the Naples Grande Golf Club.
Prospective residents will hear from team members of both Moorings Park and London Bay Development Group on upcoming plans and progress of this phenomenal Life Plan Community.
Those interested in attending the Informational Luncheon need to RSVP by Wednesday, March 4, by calling 239-232-3903.
Special Opportunity Exists Now Through April
“We’ve been amazed at how fast sales have been going, and understand part of the credit must go to our partnership with Naples’ premier luxury builder, London Bay Homes, and to Naples Grande Golf Club, located within walking distance to our community,” said Tom Mann, Vice President of Moorings Park.
In a special opportunity, future residents who purchase in Phase 1 will enjoy the added benefit of a membership to Naples Grande Golf Club until December 2021. Memberships to the club can be extended if desired.
The membership includes golfing privileges on Naples Grande Golf Club’s 18-hole championship golf course, as well as dining options in Naples Grande’s elegant clubhouse.
For those who prefer “gulf” activities to “golf,” residents have access to Naples Grande Beach Resort and its Har-Tru tennis courts, fitness center and spa, resort-style pool and beach, and preferred pricing on hotel rooms and dining.
Two and Three-Bedroom Clubhouse Residences Offered
With just a few residences remaining in Phase 1 and 2, officials at Moorings Park Grande Lake recently released the phenomenal Clubhouse Residences.
Located on the floors directly above the Clubhouse, the Clubhouse Residences feature two bedrooms plus a study, as well as three-bedroom plus study floor plans ranging in size from 3,331 to 3,566 square feet under air. All offer stunning panoramic lake and golf course views.

Resort-Style Living at Every Turn
The Clubhouse itself, which is the setting for a variety of casual and fine dining venues, includes a poolside Bistro as well as a lakefront resort-style pool and cabanas. A state-of-the-art fitness center with gorgeous water views is the perfect place to start an active day, while a best-in-its-class golf simulator, a theatre and a salon and spa are all planned as well.
Active individuals will also enjoy the nearby lakeside yoga pavilion and boardwalk that overlooks the 28-acre lake.
