Moorings Park's Center for Healthy Living was named recipient of the Collier Building Industry Association's coveted 2013 Sand Dollar Award in the Best Healthcare Facility category. The Center for Healthy Living was submitted for Sand Dollar Award consideration by Manhattan Construction, a subsidiary of Manhattan Construction Group. The Center for Healthy Living at Moorings Park's Goodlette-Frank Road campus in Naples is a state-of-the-art facility offering resident and member-focused physician based services that improve healthcare delivery, expand users' knowledge of the aging process and introduce new approaches to wellness that celebrate the positive aspects of aging while optimizing vitality and happiness. In addition to its on-site, primary care physician services, The Center for Healthy Living offers a continuum of care that includes a fitness center, spa, salon, the Max Wellness retail shop, out-patient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, memory care, a state-of-the-art theater and an internet cafe. Additionally, residents of the new Moorings Park at Grey Oaks campus will also have access to the Center for Healthy Living. This new community will feature luxury homes, a beautiful clubhouse and an on-site assisted living and memory care center.
In addition to receiving the Sand Dollar Award in the Best Healthcare Facility category, marketing materials produced on behalf of Moorings Park by Naples-based B-Squared Advertising won Sand Dollar Awards in the Best Brochure, Best CD/DVD Presentation, Best Newsletter, Best Website, Best Rendering and Best E-Marketing Campaign categories.
