Moorings Park at Grey Oaks announced that construction of phases III and IV remains on schedule. The Continuing Care Retirement Community at the corner of Airport-Pulling Road and Golden Gate Parkway in Naples is being built in four phases. The first three phases include 96 residences in 12 buildings. Phase III residents are expected to begin moving in mid to late April. Resident inspections were conducted this month and the Phase III landscape and hardscape are nearing completion.
