The Clubhouse lobby will welcome all who enter with its curved lounge and gathering spaces, defined by undulating wave-textured walls and ceilings. The shape of the bar in the lounge derives its inspiration from water-washed stones – curvy, organic and natural – providing 360-degree views.
Outside you’ll find the poolside Bistro, as well as the lakefront resort-style pool and comfy cabanas, beckoning those looking for some R&R under the Southwest Florida sun. Nearby is a lakeside yoga pavilion and boardwalk overlooking the glistening lake.
The Clubhouse is also home to The Center for Healthy Living with rehabilitation services, as well as the Care 360 concierge healthcare program, developed in partnership with the NCH Healthcare System.

While the first three floors of the Clubhouse are dedicated to its amenities, the upper floors consist of 16 penthouse-style residences including the very popular Cove floor plan.
