Valerie Klan has been named Vice President of Human Resources for Moorings Park and will be responsible for the human resources needs of Moorings Park, Moorings Park at Grey Oaks, and Moorings Park Grande Lake.
Klan is an executive Human Resources professional with more than 25 years of experience working in the health care industry. Prior to accepting the position with Mooring Park, Klan was with ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, a national senior living provider.
In addition to her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Barry University, Klan holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, SHRM-SCP certification, person centered care coach certification, and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
