The first three buildings at Moorings Park Grande Lake are scheduled to be completed in Spring 2020.
Noting that construction on the three buildings in Phase 1 of Moorings Park Grande Lake has exceeded the 75 percent mark, community officials announced it has started construction on two of the buildings in Phase 2.
Building F, with 12 residences, is located adjacent to the community’s clubhouse and overlooks a large lake with the golf course beyond.
Building J, with 11 residences including one penthouse, is located to the west of the clubhouse and also offers views of the lake and golf course as well. One of the community’s boardwalks, which extends out into the lake, is located just outside the building.
Nearly all of the residences in both buildings of Phase II are the spacious and open Brook floor plan. The three-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath homes have private elevators that lead into residents’ vestibules, as well as 675-square-foot lanais accessible via three rooms.
The open kitchens feature an island counter with sink and seating, granite countertops, a walk-in pantry, and a GE stainless steel appliance package.
The master suites, located away from the guest suites for the ultimate in privacy, have his and hers walk-in closets. The master bath features his and hers sinks on opposite ends of an expansive granite countertop, a recessed shower for easy entry, and a private water closet.
The penthouse is the extraordinary and very open Laguna floor plan. The four-bedroom plus two studies/four-and-a-half-bath plan has 5,726 square feet under air and 7,863 total square feet. It also features a private elevator that leads into the residents’ vestibule, as well as covered outdoor living areas and lounges that measure more than 2,100 square feet and are accessible from four rooms, including the large master suite with sitting area.
In addition to construction beginning on the two residential buildings in Phase 2, foundation work has also begun on the community’s Clubhouse, which includes world-class amenities as well as residences.
The Clubhouse Residences are located on the floors directly above the Clubhouse. They feature two bedrooms plus a study, as well as three-bedroom plus study floor plans ranging in size from 3,331 to 3,566 square feet under air. All offer panoramic lake and golf course views.
Features of the Clubhouse Residences resemble those of both Phase 1 and 2 including spacious, open floor plans perfect for entertaining family and friends, as well as open kitchen designs with island counter and GE Profile appliance package.
Residents will love the Bayside floor plan with its two master suites for the ultimate in privacy. Expansive balconies afford residents long views of the signature 28-acre lake. Private elevators take Clubhouse residents conveniently from their homes to the multitude of amenities located below.
The Clubhouse itself, which is the setting for a variety of casual and fine dining venues, includes a poolside Bistro as well as a lakefront resort-style pool and cabanas. A state-of-the-art fitness center with gorgeous water views is the perfect place to start an active day, while a best-in-its-class golf simulator, a theatre and a salon and spa are also planned.
Active individuals will also enjoy the nearby lakeside yoga pavilion and the boardwalk that overlooks the 28-acre lake.
Also located in the Clubhouse will be The Center for Healthy Living. The center is home to rehabilitation services, as well as the Care 360 concierge healthcare program, which was developed in partnership with NCH Healthcare System. Offering a higher level of personalized primary care, Care 360 services are available to residents of Moorings Park with no additional fees, other than typical co-pays.
While the first two phases of Moorings Park Grande Lake have met with great success, there are limited opportunities to purchase in the Phase 1, which includes a social membership to Naples Grande Golf Club. The membership takes effect the moment residents take occupancy of their home and until such time as the Moorings Park Grande Lake Clubhouse is completed.
Membership includes golfing privileges on Naples Grande Golf Club’s 18-hole championship golf course, as well as dining options in Naples Grande’s elegant clubhouse.
For those who prefer “gulf” activities to “golf,” residents have access to Naples Grande Beach Resort and its Har-Tru tennis courts, fitness center and spa, resort-style pool and beach, and preferred pricing on hotel rooms and dining.
Developed in partnership with London Bay Development Group and situated on 55 acres in the heart of Naples, Moorings Park Grande Lake is a pet-friendly campus. The community has been designed to take advantage of the views of its large lake and the picturesque golf course beyond.
Entrance fees at Moorings Park Grande Lake start at $1.5 million and are 70 percent refundable. Residents receive additional peace of mind knowing that their future is secure through Assisted Living and Memory Care services included with residency.
