“The major plan changes included creating an open kitchen design with an island and a four-foot-wide, full-height pantry, as well as adding plenty of back counter working space,” Wegman said. “We also added a feature wall which houses the television on one side and a dry bar on the other, with a further option of an undercounter wine cooler.”
The master and guest bedrooms were also renovated.
“The large master ensuite now has space for a king-sized bed and a sitting area, along with two closets, one of which is a walk-in. As for the master bath, it boasts his and her vanities, with the water closet and shower in a private compartment,” Wegman stated. “The guest bedroom now has ample room for a second bed, or if utilized as a den, room for a sofa bed and desk.”
According to Wegman, the theme of the residence is modern elegance and features furniture with clean lines and classic shapes.
“Light neutral fabrics in off white and elegant gray are complemented by tables in matte brushed gold frames,” noted Wegman. “Artwork brings in fresh color in hues of teal, coral and blue.”
